Qualifikationen

• 製造管理業務に3年以上従事。マネジャーとしてチームを管理。
• 大学学士号以上またはそれに値する4年以上の知識/経験を有する。/ ビジネス英語

• カルチャー・技術・組織・設備等を改善して変革を達成する。

• 工程責任者としての業務を遂行する。
• 職場の安全管理を担う。
• Capital/経費の計上・管理を行う。

職務の目的および主な業務内容

① 生産本部の基本方針に基づき、薬機関連法規及びGlaxoSmithKlineのグループEHS及び品質ポリシーに準じて、プロダクションのビジネス・ニーズを評価し、ニーズに合った戦略を設定し、それに合わせ業務が行われるよう管理する。
② カルチャー、テクノロジー、組織、機器/設備及び仕事のやり方を戦略達成のため継続的に改善することによって変革を達成する。
③ ビジネス・ニーズ(現在 ~ 中長期)を理解し、課内のリソース(人員配置、人財開発、能力育成を含む)を管理する。
④ 工程責任者としての業務
⑤ 職場の安全管理
⑥ 課内で必要なCapital/経費の計上及び管理を行う。
⑦ 部下及び後継者の指導または育成をする。

職務内容および勤務地の変更範囲は会社の定めるところとする。

必要な条件

・スキル：製造管理、労務管理、薬機法、GMP/QMS省令に関する知識を有する。
・経験：製造管理業務に3年以上従事。マネジャーとしてチームを管理
・学位/資格/語学力：大学学士号以上またはそれに値する4年以上の知識/経験を有する。/ ビジネス英語

日本での就労資格を有すること。

望ましい条件

・スキル：経営管理（人事、財務、その他）、リーダーシップ
・経験：錠剤包装工場での製造管理
