Montgomery Advisory in Sydney seeks a Corporate lawyer with 2-4 years' PQE to advise on complex public M&A and ECM matters across Australia, including IPOs, equity raisings, governance and compliance for listed companies.

You will work with recognized market leaders in a collaborative, mentoring team, handling high-profile deals for financial institutions, investors and growth businesses with a clear path to increased responsibility.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years' post-qualification experience in corporate practice
• Experience advising listed entities and understanding Australian regulatory landscape
• Interest in capital markets, corporate transactions and advisory work
• Excellent drafting, communication and stakeholder management skills
• Commercially minded, proactive and eager to grow within a high-performing team

We are representing a rapidly expanding Corporate practice advising on complex public M&A and ECM matters across Australia.

The role

This role offers exposure to a diverse range of matters, including IPOs, equity raisings, corporate governance and compliance, as well as public company transactions. Working alongside recognised leaders in the market, you will be involved in high-profile deals and complex advisory work for listed companies, financial institutions, investors and growth-stage businesses.

About You

• 2-4 years' post-qualification experience gained within a reputable corporate practice
• Strong experience advising listed entities and an understanding of the Australian regulatory landscape
• Demonstrated interest in capital markets, corporate transactions and company advisory work
• Excellent drafting, communication and stakeholder management skills
• Commercially minded, proactive and keen to develop within a high-performing team environment
