Qualifications

  • Valid driver’s licence is required.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in spare parts interpreting (marine or automotive).

Responsibilities

  • Support the in-house service team with required parts.
  • Manage inventory and maintain accurate stock records.
  • Assist customers from initial enquiry through to product delivery.
  • Identify, source, and interpret marine and automotive parts.
  • Prepare, pack, and process payments, including occasional deliveries.

About The Opportunity

The primary purpose of this position is to support the growth and daily operations of the spare parts division while delivering excellent customer service to both retail and service clients. This is a full-time role with a clear progression path into management for the right candidate.

Reporting directly to the General Manager, some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the in-house service team with required parts
  • Managing inventory and maintaining accurate stock records
  • Assisting customers from initial enquiry through to product delivery
  • Identifying, sourcing, and interpreting marine and automotive parts
  • Preparing, packing, and processing payments, including occasional deliveries
About You

The successful candidate will have:

  • A valid driver’s licence
  • Knowledge of marine parts and outboard motors
  • High attention to detail with strong computer skills
  • Strong communication skills and confidence in phone/online sales
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in spare parts interpreting (marine or automotive)
