All Spa is seeking a Pool/Spa Technician to service and repair customer spas across our area. The role involves working independently, managing your schedule, and representing the business to a high standard when visiting customers' homes.

Experience in the pool or spa industry is valued; a current driver’s licence is required. The role offers training, tools and a company vehicle, with a bonus structure to reward performance.

• Experience in pool or spa industry is valued.
• Qualifications for Electrical Disconnect/Reconnect an advantage.
• Trade or technical background or prepared to complete studies.
• Wants to play a key role in the growth of an expanding business.
• Job entails working outdoors and would require some lifting up to 25Kg.
• Can work independently but in a small team environment.
• Background in a trade or handyman skills generally.
• Can provide good customer service and has a good work ethic.
• Has a current drivers licence.

Responsabilidades

• All type of installation work e.g. filters, pumps, chlorinator, heaters, covers.
• Troubleshooting and diagnostics of issues.
• Performing water tests and administering chemicals to correct water balance.
• Cleaning and maintenance of our regular customers spas.
• Maintain accurate records of service visits, equipment repairs, and inventory using ServiceM8.

All Spa also provides the service and technical support behind our Spa World Wollongong store in Albion Park Rail, which has further expanded our customer base and service requirements.

This role is with All Spa, working directly with our existing and growing customer base. We are looking for someone who can work independently, manage their day professionally, communicate confidently with customers and represent our business to a high standard when working in customers' homes.

Experience in the pool or spa industry is highly valued, and remuneration will reflect your level of experience, technical knowledge and ability to work independently.
