Job summary

Aqua Vitae Day Spa in Port Macquarie is seeking a full-time manager to lead our beauty therapy team and front-of-house operations. You will greet clients, coordinate inquiries, and drive the renowned customer experience.

You will supervise staff, mentor junior team members, and maintain an organized, positive workplace with regular training and events. Salary package up to $75,000 AUD per year.

Qualifications

• Holds a Certificate IV or Diploma in Beauty Therapy.
• Highly organised with excellent time management skills.
• Warm, professional and caring personality.
• Maintains a high standard of personal presentation.
• Previous management experience is preferred but not essential.
• Confident communicator.

Our award-winning Port Macquarie Salon currently has a rare opportunity available to join our management team full time. Enjoy a mix of team leading, reception and front-of-house work alongside days performing the beauty therapy treatments you love.

You'll be the smiling face to greet our clients on arrival and for the delivery of our renowned customer experience dealing with phone, email and in person enquiries and sales. You'll lead our team by example with your skills and attention to detail, mentoring our junior staff and setting the standard for an organised, happy and healthy working environment.

This is a full time role that is supported by 2 other experienced leaders on the management team, you'll enjoy a work balance of both management and therapist shifts with regular weekends off and regular training and social activities.

A salary package of up to $75,000 per annum awaits the right applicant.
