Qualifications

• Diploma of Beauty Therapy required.
• Experience in spa or beauty environment preferred.
• Strong customer service and upselling skills.
• Ability to build client relationships and recommend products.

Responsibilities

• Deliver facials, massages, waxing, manicures, pedicures, and body treatments.
• Provide outstanding customer service and personalised treatment recommendations.
• Maintain treatment rooms, client records, and spa presentation standards.
• Support bookings and guest enquiries, and day-to-day spa operations.
