- Tertiary qualification in Engineering or related field.
- Proven success leading transport infrastructure projects.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead a multidisciplinary transport team with a collaborative, high-performance culture.
- Drive client engagement, market positioning and business growth in South Australia.
- Develop and strengthen strategic relationships with key clients and industry partners.
- Lead major pursuits and work-winning activities across Roads & Highways, Rail, Bridges, Tunnels and Planning.
- Provide governance oversight to ensure quality, risk management and performance.
- Collaborate across the global Mott MacDonald network to share knowledge and support major initiatives.
