Furner’s Hotel in Ulverstone is seeking a superstar Sous Chef to join our team. You will support the Head Chef with day-to-day kitchen operations and meal production, supervising the kitchen when the Head Chef is absent.

Bring a Certificate III in commercial cookery, a solid understanding of cooking techniques and cuisines, strong communication, cost control knowledge, and a genuine love for cooking. We offer a supportive work environment, ongoing training, and on-site parking.
