We are looking for an experienced and passionate Full Time Sous Chef to join the PLG team at Stoney's in Bacchus Marsh. You'll oversee daily operations, manage kitchen staff, and ensure consistent food quality. If you're ready to step into a leadership role, this is a great opportunity for you! What will my duties include?
The role you are applying for may be quite fast-paced and require you to complete tasks including but not limited to lifting boxes, kegs or stock, standing for long periods of time, and utilising stairs.
