The Position
  • Assist the Head Chef stock control, budgets, rostering, staff mentoring and training by supervising, and
  • Monitor and oversee the food production and menu-based catering on site
  • Ensure accurate implementation of allergy awareness controls, and maintain a high standard of food hygiene, safety and cleanliness
  • Using first class produce, ensure all catering controls are in place, and wastage is kept to a minimum
  • Deliver to our client and customers high expectations of a premium experience
The Person
  • Minimum certificate III in Commercial Cookery
  • Leadership abilities and enjoys creating a positive work culture
  • Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and flavours
  • Available to work a range of hours including weekends and public holidays
