We are now hiring a Sous Chef.

  • Precision knife skills and a sharp eye for detail
  • Confident communicator and team collaborator
  • Passionate about produce and provenance
  • Hungry to learn — we’ll teach you the CHCC way
  • Calm under pressure, committed to the craft
  • Knowledge of cafe menu preparation and presentation
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to balance service and prep work as required
