Due to continued growth, they are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sourcing Coordinator to join their collaborative and high-performing team at their head office in Melbourne's vibrant inner northern suburbs.

Position Summary

The Sourcing Coordinator will support the sourcing and procurement operations across local and international suppliers. This role is responsible for managing supplier relationships, ensuring timely delivery of goods, maintaining data accuracy, and supporting the product development and buying teams to ensure efficient sourcing processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end sourcing process for new and existing products across skincare, cosmetics, and wellness categories.
• Liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement.
• Maintain and update supplier records, purchase orders, and product information in relevant systems (e.g., ERP, PLM).
• Assist with sample tracking, testing, and compliance documentation for new products.
• Monitor supplier lead times, production schedules, and logistics timelines to mitigate potential delays.
• Work closely with the product development, buying, and quality teams to coordinate product approvals and timelines.
• Conduct supplier research and assist in onboarding new suppliers that align with company values and quality standards.
• Support sourcing initiatives aligned with sustainability and ethical sourcing practices.
• Assist with data reporting, cost analysis, and performance tracking as required.

Skills & Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in a similar sourcing, procurement, or supply chain coordination role (beauty, fashion, or FMCG experience highly regarded).
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with ERP or supply chain systems (MySourcing).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data management.
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• A proactive mindset with a passion for the beauty industry and emerging trends.
