Job summary

Dragonfly Melbourne is seeking a sorter at Altona Station to help sort parcels quickly and accurately for timely deliveries. You will join a team in a fast-paced environment and contribute to reliable morning shifts.

This role suits those who are physically fit, enjoy teamwork and are punctual with dependable transport for early starts. Previous warehousing experience is valued but not essential, and on-site parking is available.

About the Role

As a Sorter at our Altona Station, you will help to ensure packages are sorted efficiently and accurately for timely delivery. You will have demonstrated experience working as part of a team in a fast-paced environment and display a strong attention to detail.

You will work alongside a team to unload trucks, scan and label each package, and sort all parcels by route number to ensure a smooth delivery process.

Schedule available

Monday – Wednesday, 5:00am – 9:00am. More hours available (up to 20 hours per week).

Requirements and Responsibilities

• Work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while maintaining strong attention to detail.
• Be physically comfortable lifting parcels up to 20 kg and standing or moving for the duration of a 4-hour shift.
• Bring reliability, punctuality and a positive attitude, with dependable transport for early morning starts.
• Previous experience in transport, distribution or warehousing is highly regarded, but not essential — we value a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
