Dragonfly Limited is seeking a diligent Sorter for our Altona Station team in Melbourne. You will help ensure parcels are sorted accurately for timely delivery, working with a team in a fast-paced environment and handling early morning shifts.

The role requires lifting up to 20 kg, reliability and a positive attitude, with development opportunities as Dragonfly expands across Australia. On-site parking is available and a supportive team environment is provided.

About the Role:

As a Sorter at our Altona Station, you will help to ensure packages are sorted efficiently and accurately for timely delivery. You will have demonstrated experience working as part of a team in a fast-paced environment and display a strong attention to detail.

You will work alongside a team to unload trucks, scan and label each package, and sort all parcels by route number to ensure a smooth delivery process.

Schedule available: Monday – Wednesday, 5:00am – 9:00am. More hours available (up to 20 hours per week).

Requirements and Responsibilities:

• Unload, scan, label and sort parcels accurately by route number to support smooth and timely deliveries.
• Work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while maintaining strong attention to detail.
• Be physically comfortable lifting parcels up to 20 kg and standing or moving for the duration of a 4-hour shift.
• Bring reliability, punctuality and a positive attitude, with dependable transport for early morning starts.
• Previous experience in transport, distribution or warehousing is highly regarded, but not essential — we value a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
