Galloway Search Pty Ltd in Sydney's southwest is assisting a well-established diagnostic imaging provider to recruit an outgoing Sonographer for their Minto clinic. The role blends private practice scanning with a supportive, patient-centered team.

You will perform general, vascular, MSK, pregnancy, and other ultrasound procedures, with flexible hours and relocation assistance available. Newly qualified Sonographers are encouraged to apply and join a great, modern work environment.

Job description

Our client is a well-established, privately owned diagnostic imaging provider with eight sites across the southern suburbs of Sydney. Known for their strong reputation in the local community, they offer a comprehensive range of imaging services and have built a collaborative, patient-focused culture across their network. With a team of 130 medical professionals, they combine the resources and support of an established group with the close-knit, personable feel of a locally run practice. They are now seeking an outgoing Sonographer to join their team, based in Minto.

Minto is a well-connected suburb in Sydney's south-west, offering an appealing mix of affordability and convenience. Located close to major arterial roads and the M5 Motorway, it provides easy access to both the Sydney CBD and the growing employment hubs of the south-west growth corridor. The area benefits from Minto train station for quick rail connections, along with nearby shopping at Minto Mall and Campbelltown's broader retail and dining precinct just a short drive away. Required Skills:

• Relevant tertiary qualifications
• Accreditation with the Australian Sonographer Accreditation Registry (ASAR)
• Membership with the Australian Sonographers Association (ASA)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• The ability to work both autonomously and in a team environment
• Competent in performing a wide range of ultrasound procedures (general, small parts, vascular, MSK, pregnancy) within a private setting
• Competency in specialised ultrasound procedures is welcomed but not essential
• Current CPR certificate is desired but not essential
• Ability to manage your worklist efficiently and accommodate urgent cases
• Work with highest-spec ultrasound equipment
• Flexible hours on offer to suit the individual — pick your hours!
• Great package, with relocation assistance available
• 5 weeks' leave accrued annually
• Competitive hourly rate: $55–$85/ph (negotiable to reflect level of experience)
• Assistance with relocation expenses may also be provided, including start-up accommodation
