Job summary

Qscan Group in Tamworth is seeking a Sonographer for a full-time role at our Tamworth clinic. You will perform diverse ultrasound examinations and support radiologists in interventional procedures, while delivering patient-centred care.

The role offers a balanced regional workload with strong team support and opportunities for CT training. New graduates are encouraged to apply and the clinic operates Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm.

Qualifications

• Experience in General, Obstetrics, MSK and/or Vascular ultrasound is preferred.
• Current ASAR registration is required.
• Full working rights in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of ultrasound examinations to produce high-quality diagnostic images
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centred care, prioritising comfort, safety, and confidentiality
• Support radiologists with interventional procedures and advanced scanning techniques
• Maintain consistently high standards of imaging quality and clinical practice
• Actively engage in ongoing professional development and skill enhancement

About The Role

We are seeking a Sonographer to join our Tamworth clinic on a full-time basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a rewarding regional role where you’ll enjoy a balanced workload, strong team support, and broad clinical exposure.

We strongly encourage new graduates to apply. We can offer CT training as part of this role.

Our clinic operates Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm, with no evening shifts or on-call requirements.
