Job summary

Lumus Imaging is seeking a qualified General Sonographer for a permanent full-time role across our Nambucca Heads clinic, with occasional travel to Kempsey. A part-time arrangement is also welcome.

The role offers a 38-hour week, 8:30am–5:00pm, Monday to Friday, with no shift work or on-call, supporting a healthy work-life balance. You will join a collaborative team, gain CPD support, and work with Radiologists using the latest technology.

Qualifications

• Qualified Ultrasound Sonographer with demonstrated experience across General, OBS & GYN, Nuchal Translucency, MSK and Vascular Ultrasound examinations.
• ASAR Accreditation is required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
• Driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform ultrasound examinations across General, OBS & GYN, MSK and Vascular areas.
• Work across Nambucca Heads and Kempsey clinics with occasional travel for leave coverage.
• Deliver high-quality patient care and participate in continuing professional development.

About the role

Lumus Imaging has an opportunity for a qualified General Sonographer to join our friendly team in a Permanent Full-Time position, working across our Nambucca Heads clinic, with occasional travel to our Kempsey clinic to cover leave. We also welcome applications from candidates seeking a Permanent Part-Time arrangement.

This role offers a 38-hour work week, with operating hours between 8:30am and 5:00pm, Monday to Friday, providing an excellent work-life balance with no shift work or on-call requirements.

Working across our busy sites, you'll enjoy a varied and rewarding caseload while being supported by a collaborative and experienced team. This role would suit a confident and self-motivated Sonographer who enjoys working autonomously while delivering high-quality patient care.
