Job summary

Lumus Imaging seeks a Sonographer to join our team at Werribee Mercy Hospital. The role offers a Full-Time or Part-Time basis, with hours 8 am–5 pm on weekdays and on-call shifts in a dynamic hospital setting.

Qualified Sonographers with ASAR accreditation and competence in general US exams, obstetrics and MSK are invited to apply. We welcome dual qualified Sonographer/Radiographer candidates and support their development, with relocation assistance available.

Qualifications

• Qualified Sonographer with ASAR Accreditation.
• Competent with general US exams, obstetrics and MSK.
• Dual qualified Sonographer/Radiographer candidates welcomed and supported.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the imaging team across busy hospital departments including theatres, ED and ICU.
• Provide ultrasound examinations and participate in on-call shifts as required.
• Relocation support available for successful candidates joining the region.

Job description

We are currently seeking aSonographerto support the team at Werribee Mercy Hospital. The public hospital provides a dynamic environment where you'll be supported by an incredibly dedicated and collaborative team, led by flexible and supportive management working across operation theatres, a newly build emergency department and ICU.

This position is offered on a Full-Time or part time basis. Working Monday to Friday from 8 am – 5pm with on-call shift work and the occasional weekend shift.

Relocation support is also available for successful candidates looking to join our region.
