Job summary

InOne Imaging is seeking an experienced Sonographer to join our growing team in Melbourne. You will deliver high-quality diagnostic ultrasound services across a broad range of examinations, ensuring patient-centred care and clinical excellence.

Senior candidates will have opportunities to take on leadership responsibilities, mentor junior staff, and contribute to service development within a collaborative, multi-disciplinary environment.

Qualifications

• ASAR accreditation current.
• Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or related discipline.
• Previous senior sonographer or leadership experience.
• Ability to mentor junior staff and students.

Responsibilities

• Perform a broad range of ultrasound examinations (General Ultrasound, Obstetric & Gynaecological Ultrasound, MSK, Vascular)
• Deliver exceptional patient care and maintain high clinical standards
• Work collaboratively with radiologists, referrers, and healthcare professionals
• Support quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives
• Contribute to workflow optimisation and service excellence
• Mentor junior sonographers and students where appropriate

As a Sonographer, you will play an integral role in delivering high-quality diagnostic ultrasound services while contributing to clinical excellence, workflow efficiency, and outstanding patient care. Key Responsibilities

• Perform a broad range of ultrasound examinations (General Ultrasound, Obstetric & Gynaecological Ultrasound, MSK, Vascular)

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Current ASAR accreditation
• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent qualification) in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or a related discipline
• Previous senior Sonographer or leadership experience
• Demonstrated experience in diagnostic ultrasound
• Strong clinical knowledge across a broad range of ultrasound services
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A commitment to patient-centred care and clinical excellence
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
