Job summary

A leading recruitment company is seeking a Solutions Architect to own the architecture for scalable, standardized solutions. Candidates should have 5+ years in technology architecture, with experience in the financial services sector and a strong background in relevant technical qualifications. The role is based in Sydney or Melbourne and may lead to a long-term contract opportunity.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years’ experience in solution/technology architecture.
  • Experience in financial services industry preferred.
  • Familiarity with TOGAF architectural methods.

Job description
Solutions Architect – Content Management ( SmartCOMM)
  • Location : Sydney or Melbourne
  • 6-month initial contract with potential extension
  • Large Enterprise organisation

The Role :

As the Solutions Architect, you will serve as the end-to-end owner of the Architecture, spanning both functional process expertise and technical solution architecture. You will lead the translation of business requirements into scalable, standardised, and future-ready solutions.

For this role you will require :

  • 5+ years’ experience in solution / technology architecture space.
  • Demonstrable experience with solution architecture development, key design decisions in a large enterprise environment preferably financial services industry.
  • Experience facilitating workshops and building consensus around the overall solution design.
  • Tertiary or equivalent qualification / s in relevant technical fields.
  • Experience with formal architectural methods such as TOGAF.
  • Experience with implementation for Intelligent Document Processing applications, ECMs (Enterprise Content Management Systems – ideally OpenText) and / or SmartCOMMs applications and Integrations.
  • Experience with solution design in Insurance or Financial Services corporations
  • Experience with VendorsSmartCOMMs, OpenText, Tungsten, UiPath, Claims / Policy Centre, Guidewire.
  • Experience with SaaS, AWS or Google Platforms.
