Are you an ambitious Solution Architect with a passion for designing innovative digital solutions? We’re looking for an experienced leader to drive solution architecture, technology strategy, and implementation across a diverse portfolio of digital projects for top brand clients in retail, auto, banking and finance.

Our client's service offering includes digital, comms and product strategy, brand and creative development, digital experience design, technical product development, and end-to-end customer journey optimisation. They help implement their clients CX vision through these services, and empower them to leverage their data to deliver the world’s smartest customer experiences.

The Role:

As a Solution Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable, high-performance solutions across cloud, web, and mobile platforms. You will be designing and solutioning across multiple systems which could include CRMs, CMS, EDMs, marketing automation, ERP, POS etc and both AWS & Azure.

You will be responsible for ensuring best practice development, performance, quality and responsiveness of all BAU digital work, SaaS and bespoke applications, liaising with the wider technology team to architect and deliver concepts, software projects and digital media on time and on budget.

You will also assist with business development by playing a key role as the technical SME in client pitches and briefings.

Key Responsibilities:

Solution Design & Architecture – Define and implement robust, scalable, and secure digital solutions

Technical & People Leadership – Guide development teams, establish best practices, and ensure high-quality delivery

Cloud & Infrastructure – Work with AWS and Azure to optimize infrastructure and cloud solutions

Integration & APIs – Develop and manage API-driven architectures and system integrations

Stakeholder Collaboration – Engage with clients, business teams, and developers to align technical and business objectives

Continuous Improvement – Drive innovation, automation, and efficiency in solution development

About You:

We’re looking for a dynamic leader who blends strong technical expertise with a strategic mindset. You should have a passion for problem-solving, a collaborative approach, and the ability to translate complex technology concepts into business value. In addition you will bring:

• Proven experience in solution architecture and technical leadership gained in an agency or consultancy environment
• Strong development background in React, React Native, Node.js, and modern frameworks
• Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and infrastructure management
• Hands-on experience with API integrations, headless CMS, and CRM systems
• Understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, microservices, and security best practices
• Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders including C-Level clients

Note: You will need strong experience with Marketing Technologies (MarTech) including:

• CRM Systems (experience integrating platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot).
• Analytics Tools: Proficiency in using Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.
• Marketing Automation: Familiarity with tools like Iterable, Braze, Adobe or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• A/B Testing: Experience conducting Multi-Variate, A/B tests to optimise user engagement.
• SEO Optimization: Understanding of SEO principles and implementation strategies
• CMS: Experience with headless and traditional CMS platforms, like Storyblok and AEM
