Qualifications

Working in a Hogan Applications Development team, providing Run and Change support for our Australian based client.An opportunity to use and grow your skills in Hogan DDA, TDA, CIS or ODS/PAS.

Responsibilities

• - Work as a member of the Hogan Managed Services Team- Solution, estimate, design, code, test and implement complex application changes and move them to a BAU status- Take lead roles in other client engagements, including non Hogan engagements- Perform regular risk assessment and risk management- work closely with the project team, showing understanding of their competing priorities- as a senior applications specialist, share this knowledge by mentoring and developing team members

SKILLS

Must have

• - 10+ years experience with the Hogan suite of applications at an advanced level- Demonstrated experience in Banking Solution Architecture- Demonstrated record of successful delivery of projects- People and team leadership skills- Ability to work on multiple project assignments simultaneously- Solid knowledge of Banking and Finance industry- Strong Leadership and verbal and written communication skills- Disciplined and organized approach- Eagerness to learn, good initiative and flexibility- Eagerness to teach and to share their skills with team members
