Job summary

Talent Corp seeks a hands-on Solution Architect to lead a major healthcare technology transformation. You will provide technical leadership across the program and serve as a key interface between internal delivery teams and the technology supplier.

The role emphasizes HL7, FHIR, healthcare data flows, and end-to-end integration architecture with a delivery-focused mindset. Experience with EMR is valued but not required.

Qualifications

• Delivery-focused approach with the ability to work at a detailed technical level.
• EMR experience is highly regarded but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end solution architecture leadership across a major healthcare transformation program.
• Develop and maintain the target-state solution architecture.
• Act as a technical design authority and key technical contact for the program.
• Define and guide integration architecture, healthcare data flows and data migration approaches.
• Provide technical direction across HL7, FHIR, healthcare data, integration and migration.
• Work closely with technology suppliers, delivery teams and senior program stakeholders.
• Identify and manage architectural dependencies, risks and technical decisions.
• Establish architecture principles, standards, artefacts and decision records.
• Translate complex technical concepts for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Support and potentially build and lead technical teams across areas such as integration and data migration.

This is a hands-on, delivery-focused architecture role where you will provide technical leadership across the program and act as a key technical interface between internal delivery teams and the selected technology supplier.

What You'll Be Doing

• Provide end-to-end solution architecture leadership across a major healthcare transformation program.
• Develop and maintain the target-state solution architecture.

Previous EMR experience is highly regarded but is not mandatory. Candidates from broader healthcare technology backgrounds will be considered where they can demonstrate strong healthcare data, HL7/FHIR, integration and data migration expertise.

Experience working directly with clinicians is not required.
