Job summary

Workforce Extensions is seeking a Solid Works/Sheet Metal Programmer for Thomastown to read shop drawings, create 3D models, and drive manufacturing from initial concept to production. You will work with a team to ensure high-quality fabricated components while upholding safety and quality standards.

The role requires expertise in SolidWorks 3D modelling and sheet metal fabrication, with knowledge of Teksoft and AP100 considered an advantage.

Qualifications

• Experience in sheet metal fabrication and reading shop drawings.
• Proficient in SolidWorks 3D modelling.
• Knowledge of Teksoft and AP100 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Read and generate detailed shop drawings and 3D models through to manufacturing.
• Follow work orders and maintain safety and quality standards.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
• Ensure accurate interpretation of technical drawings and specifications.
