Qualifications

• 2+ years PAE in private practice or government-related work.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent drafting and advisory write-ups for contracts.
• Desire to develop a career in private legal practice.

Responsibilities

• Direct client contact and stakeholder engagement with government clients.
• Drafting, negotiating, and advising on complex procurement contracts.
• Exposure to significant government procurement and tendering projects.
