Job summary

Encircle Community Services Ltd is seeking an experienced Solicitor to join the Pine Rivers Community Legal Service team in the Strathpine, Caboolture and Redcliffe area. You will provide high quality legal advice and ongoing support to vulnerable clients, with a focus on family law and domestic violence issues.

The role offers above-award remuneration, no billable targets, annual leave loading, and flexible work arrangements to promote work-life balance.

Qualifications

Current unrestricted QLS Practising Certificate (preferred).
1–1.5 years’ experience as a Solicitor in Family Law and/or Domestic and Family Violence.
Domestic and Family Violence Duty Lawyer Accreditation or willingness to undertake training.

Responsibilities

Provide legal advice, information, and ongoing legal support services to clients.
Participate in the development of operational work plans for the team.
Provide high quality, accurate and comprehensive community legal services in areas such as consumer law, family law, and domestic and family violence.
Coordinate our evening walk-in services when rostered.
Build relationships and referrals with other Encircle services or agencies.
