Job summary

Sun Current Pty Ltd, Victoria’s leading solar and battery systems installer, is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to develop and oversee quality systems for energy-efficient services. You will ensure installation quality, coordinate cross-team QA processes, and drive continuous improvement across projects.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree or higher and at least 1 year of QA leadership experience, with strong communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher required.
Minimum 1 year of experience as Quality Assurance Manager or in a related role.
Thorough knowledge of QA methodologies and standards.
Proficient with MS Office and databases.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement quality systems and certification processes for energy-efficient services.
Set quality benchmarks for materials and processes and oversee installations and final inspections.
Oversee installation processes to ensure adherence to company standards and client satisfaction.
Manage resources, timelines, teams and quality control throughout projects.
Coordinate cross-team communication for effective QA implementation.
Ensure quality of energy-efficient products such as solar panels and EV charging.
Monitor audits and continuous improvement of QA processes.
