Job summary

Workfast is seeking experienced Trade Assistants in Bendigo, VIC to support solar panel installations and general labouring on construction sites. The role offers casual positioning with full-time hours, starting 21 September, in Bendigo, VIC, with regional work possibilities and a $39.50/hr base rate plus penalties and super.

Ideal candidates will have White Card, WAH, and construction experience, plus own transport and a valid licence.

Qualifications

• Full working rights in Australia.
• White Card.
• Working at Heights Ticket (WAH).
• Construction and trade assistant experience.
• Own reliable transportation and current driver’s licence.
• Experience working on the tools.
• Able to work alongside tradesmen.
• Understanding levels.

Responsibilities

• Installing solar panels.
• Using hand & power tools and equipment.
• Working in a team and without supervision.
• Following safety requirements.
• Working around machinery.
• Spotting machines for those with spotting experience.
• Follow the supervisor and manager's instructions.
