Job summary

Pilecom is seeking experienced Piling Operators to join our team on a major solar farm construction project in the Fraser Coast region of Queensland. This hands-on role involves operating piling rigs to install foundations for solar tracking systems, working with supervisors to meet production targets and quality standards.

You will carry out prestart inspections, report faults and contribute to safe site practices.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years' piling equipment experience.
Experience operating hydraulic pile drivers in construction, infrastructure or renewable energy projects.
VOC/ticket or demonstrated operating experience for piling rigs.
Current Construction Induction Safety Card (White Card).
Strong commitment to safety, equipment care and quality workmanship.
Valid Australian working rights.

Responsibilities

Safely operate piling rigs to install solar farm foundations.
Carry out pile driving activities per project drawings and installation requirements.
Monitor pile alignment, positioning, depths and tolerances.
Conduct daily prestart inspections and routine equipment checks.
Identify and report equipment faults and site safety issues.
Maintain piling records and communicate progress to site management.
