Job summary

Pilecom is seeking an experienced QA Lead for a major solar farm construction project in Queensland. The role focuses on overseeing quality assurance processes, maintaining project documentation, and ensuring accurate reporting and data management on site.

The ideal candidate will have advanced Excel skills, strong analytical ability, and the capacity to work autonomously in a demanding construction environment.

Qualifications

• Advanced Excel skills with formulas, pivot tables, data validation, and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to handle complex data sets.
• Ability to learn new systems quickly and adapt to changing processes.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote site environment.

Responsibilities

• Daily and weekly reporting of production, timesheets, and plant performance.
• Reconciling piling, tracker, and module quantities to QA records.
• Maintaining survey, pile testing, and tolerance registers.
• Managing ITPs, ITCs, ITRs, punch lists and QA registers.
• Maintaining AppSheet trackers, project systems and dashboards.
• Coordinating delivery registers, materials and laydown planning.
• Liaising with client and principal contractor on reporting and documentation.
