DT Infrastructure is delivering a major utility-scale solar project in NSW and seeks an Electrical Superintendent to lead on-site electrical construction. This site-based role (DIDO) operates on a 14/7 roster with accommodation provided.

You will report to the Construction Manager and ensure safety, quality and schedule compliance across all electrical work. You will oversee daily activities, coordinate direct workforce and subcontractors, and drive milestones for piling, array installation,

Qualifications

• Electrical trade qualification/license is required.
• Site supervision or management certification is preferred.
• Proven experience on large-scale energy infrastructure projects.
• Experience in utility-scale solar or other renewables is desirable.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder coordination.

Responsabilités

• Oversee all site-based electrical construction activities and direct workforce and subcontractors.
• Drive the project schedule for piling, array installation, cabling, inverter stations and grid connections.
• Champion zero-harm culture; ensure HSEQ compliance and regulatory standards.
• Oversee electrical installations to meet EPC contract specifications and designs.
• Collaborate with engineers, site supervisors and grid authorities to resolve RFIs and site clashes.
