Job summary

Bluegum Electrical Solutions in Sunbury, VIC, is seeking a natural leader to take the helm of our install teams. You will oversee quality, drive efficiency, and provide hands-on support, shaping how work gets done while staying off the tools.

You will mentor crew members, run toolbox talks, and bring new installers up to speed the Bluegum way, ensuring high standards across solar and battery projects for residential customers.

Qualifications

• Extensive solar and battery install experience.
• A strong domestic electrical background.

BLUEGUM ELECTRICAL SOLUTIONS – Sunbury VIC

Bluegum is a family-run business in Sunbury. For over 10 years, we have helped hundreds of homeowners across Sunbury and the Macedon Ranges go all-electric: solar, batteries, EV chargers, heat pump hot water and electrical upgrades, all under one roof and all done in-house.

About the role

This is a leadership role. You are responsible for our install teams: their quality, their efficiency, and being the go-to support they can count on. This is a chance to shape how the work gets done, without the pressure of running your own show.
