Qualifications

• Recent graduates or school-leavers welcome; no prior solar admin experience required.
• Nationally recognised Certificate III in Business to be completed during traineeship.
• Strong communication and data entry skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Reception duties: greet customers and visitors.
• Answer calls and respond to customer enquiries.
• Schedule appointments, installations and deliveries.
• Receive orders and check deliveries.
• Assist with warehouse organisation and stock control.
• Learn solar and battery administration processes.
• Assist with Synergy and Western Power applications.
• Maintain customer records and job documentation.
• Liaise with customers, installers and suppliers.
• Provide occasional accounts support.
• General office administration and data entry.
