Responsibilities

As a Project Leader, you will be the primary contact for customers/clients, managing projects from initiation to completion. This position is based in our Australian office in Varsity Lakes, Gold Coast.

Your role will involve but not be limited to:

• Analyzing customer needs and business requirements
• Designing business workflows before implementing solutions
• Managing projects from start to finish, ensuring timely onboarding of users within budget
• Implementing our Odoo software and providing tailored training
• Developing your expertise to offer functional support to customers
• Collaborating with Odoo developers to meet specific customer needs, and working with the sales team during pre- and post-sales phases
• Supporting the growth of our partner network to develop Odoo expertise
