Job summary

CSG Talent in Perth, WA, is seeking a Software Engineering Lead/Manager for robotics. You’ll own the full software stack from firmware to ROS2 middleware and UI/UX, while guiding a growing engineering team and interfacing with clients and stakeholders.

This hands-on leadership role requires strong ROS2 expertise, Linux and Docker experience, and the ability to move between strategic direction and hands-on technical work on end-to-end integration projects across global industries.

Qualifications

The Role

As Software Engineering Lead/Manager, you'll take ownership of the full software stack from firmware through ROS2 middleware to UI/UX while leading a growing team of talented engineers. This is a genuine leadership role: you'll run projects, interface directly with clients and stakeholders, translate requirements into deliverables, and stay hands-on when it counts.
