Gold Coast Health is seeking a Software Engineering Manager to lead development teams across recruitment, onboarding and performance. You will set engineering standards, governance and code quality while overseeing agile delivery and technical direction.

Partner with product management to shape roadmaps and feasibility for cloud-based applications. A strong SDLC background and hands-on web tech (TypeScript, React, Next.js, Node.js) are essential.
