Gold Coast Health is seeking a Service Improvement Manager to join the COO's office on the Gold Coast. You will advise executives, lead data-driven improvement projects, and develop briefs and information papers for senior management.

You will collaborate with external stakeholders to identify innovation opportunities and guide complex problem solving. The role sits within a 14,000-strong team focused on world-class health care for the Gold Coast and northern NSW region.

Qualifications

• Declaration of serious discipline history must be disclosed.
• Criminal History Screening will be required for new employees (GCH will cover cost).

• Lead teams in sourcing, analysing and interpreting data, budgets, information and research.
