Job summary

Lorikeet is building AI-enabled customer support software, redefining how AI helps teams handle tickets at scale. You will work on the UI/UX, data models, and AI capabilities to ship meaningful features that power fintechs, healthtechs, marketplaces, and delivery services.

Day to day you will own problems from idea to production, collaborating with coding agents as a core part of the workflow. This role offers real ownership and the chance to shape an early-stage product with ambitious growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience shipping code at a top-tier engineering organisation.
• Experience shipping code at a startup or scaleup is preferred.
• Experience with AI-enabled development workflows and coding agents.
• Willingness to define AI-first product development practices.

Responsibilities

• Own hard problems from idea to production and ship impactful features.
• Build tooling and feedback systems to improve coding agents.
• Collaborate with a high-calibre team on novel AI problems.
