Job summary

Liberty Financial Group is seeking developers who embrace AI-driven software and cloud-native architectures to design, build, and deploy intelligent systems. The role focuses on accelerating delivery while solving complex business problems and delivering customer-centric solutions.

You will work across the stack in an autonomous, cross-functional team, using AI tools and modern practices to continuously improve and innovate in an enterprise environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in web front ends and C# development.
• Familiar with CQRS, Domain Driven Design and asynchronous messaging.
• Interest in integrating AI features and modern software practices.

The Opportunity

AI is changing how software is built, and we want developers who are excited to be part of that evolution.

In this role, you'll design, build and deploy applications that leverage AI, automation and cloud-native technologies. Rather than simply writing code, you'll work alongside AI-powered development tools to accelerate delivery, solve complex business problems and create innovative customer solutions.

You'll have the opportunity to deepen your expertise in Azure, containers, modern software architecture and automated CI/CD, while helping shape how AI is embedded across our products and engineering practices.

This role requires a minimum of three days per week in the office to support collaboration, mentoring and knowledge sharing.

• You have experience in web front ends and C#, and are looking to take your skills to the next level, potentially by integrating AI features.
• You’re familiar with concepts like CQRS, Domain Driven Design, and asynchronous message-based systems, and want to see how AI can enhance these patterns.

• Previous experience with Python and functional programming would be advantageous but not essential.
