We’re looking for an experienced people leader to lead our Helpdesk & EUC/Modern Workplace team. This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who loves developing people, improving how work gets done, and delivering great service in a fast‑paced environment.
This is a core team at Liberty, supporting every part of the business and playing a critical role in keeping people productive and work moving. The team is responsible for keeping technology running smoothly while continuously improving how people work through projects and platform uplift. This includes BAU support and project delivery across Microsoft 365, Intune, Jamf, AV, device and application management and patching, endpoint security, helpdesk support, and migrations (e.g. Slack to Teams, Exchange to O365, cross tenant migrations).
