Qualifications

3+ years of engineering team management experience.
7+ years of engineering experience.
8+ years of leading the definition and development of multi tier web services.
Knowledge of engineering practices and patterns for the full software/hardware/networks development life cycle.
Experience partnering with product or program management teams.

Responsibilities

Lead an established high performing team to identify opportunities and deliver software defined traffic engineering solutions for AWS's internet edge networks leveraging your software background.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams across USA and Australia to ensure alignment and delivery.
Manage sprint planning, project reporting, and stakeholder reviews.
Drive improvements in security, availability and operational metrics for services you own.
