You'll play an important role in providing clinical leadership across the service, supporting colleagues and contributing to the ongoing development of Social Work practice within a multidisciplinary environment.*** **Undertake comprehensive psychosocial assessments, high risk screening, triage and prioritisation, developing appropriate intervention plans and achievable goals.*** **Provide clinical advice, supervision and professional support to Social Work staff, students and colleagues while promoting high standards of practice.*** **Apply your knowledge of legislation, policy and contemporary Social Work practice across complex areas including trauma, end-of-life care, child protection, domestic and family issues, elder abuse, guardianship and residential care.****Working with us*** Eligible health practitioners entitled to accrue an additional three days professional development leave per annum, resulting in a total of **six days professional development leave per annum.*** Eligible health practitioners working in designated remote areas will be entitled to a professional development allowance of $3,512.00 per annum.* **Rural and Remote incentive:** Category D allowance of $431.22 p.f.* Tax savings through (https://www.careers.health.qld.gov.au/working-for-us/salary-and-benefits/salary-packaging) are also available.* Transfer and appointment expenses may be negotiated.**Professionally,** our HHS values professionalism, leadership capability, excellence and resilience in our staff.
