Royal North Shore Hospital
The provision of a comprehensive social work service to patients, their families and carers of North Shore Ryde Health Service (NSRHS) ensuring the provision of optimal health outcomes consistent with NSLHD policies, procedures, standards, relevant legislation, and the NSW Health Code of Conduct.
This position will provide a social work service at an advanced level of clinical practice to patients, their families and carers experiencing age related health conditions.
