Job summary

The Cairns and Hinterland Hospital and Health Service is seeking an experienced social worker to provide psychosocial support across the Cairns region. You will exercise independent clinical judgement and complex decision making in psychosocial assessments, case management, counselling, grief and loss, adjustment and crisis intervention within a hospital setting.

You will actively participate in professional education, contribute to research and quality improvement, and support staff development
