• $60k - $65k + super

We are a digital marketing agency that prides ourselves on forming deeper relationships with our clients to provide more value and achieve better results! We work on some very exciting Australian brands from different industries and need creative social media specialists to deliver great content!

We ensure as an agency that our employees feel respected and have a very flexible environment that prioritises work life balance! To do this we have ensure that no campaign goes live on a Friday to avoid overtime or weekend work, and we offer a 4.5 day work week with an early finish on Fridays!

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

In this role, you'll be responsible for crafting engaging, trend-driven content that resonates with our target audience, ensuring our brand remains fresh, relevant, and competitive. This includes creating dynamic videos, eye-catching Instagram posts, and other social media content across a variety of platforms such as Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, and Pinterest. You’ll stay on top of the latest trends and use emerging features and creative formats to keep our content ahead of the curve!

As a Social Media Specialist, you’ll not only create content but also play a key role in developing and executing the overall strategy for each post. Additionally, you'll oversee our social media presence, making sure that our content aligns with current trends and industry standards while maintaining a consistent and authentic brand voice.

You will closely monitor campaign progress, adjust as needed, and track key performance metrics to ensure that client expectations are met and exceeded.

WE NEED YOU TO HAVE…

• 1+ years of social media management experience - organic social expertise
• MUST HAVE AGENCY EXPERIENCE - this is a non-negotiable to be considered
• Experience with Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter is essential
