Job summary

ALLFENIX is a Melbourne-based Pilateswear brand seeking a Content Creator & Social Media Assistant to drive content across TikTok and Instagram, plus manage scheduling, reporting and community engagement. The role splits 50/50 between on-camera content and behind-the-scenes social engine work.

You’ll shoot and edit short-form video on your phone, design visuals in Canva, and help execute influencer gifting and partnerships. Join a fast-growing team as we scale across Australia and beyond.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years’ experience in marketing or communications, internships or freelance counts
• CapCut or similar required for short-form video
• Strong on-camera presence and ability to film/edit on a phone
• Highly organised with calendar management and stakeholder juggling
• Strong written English with tone of voice
• Working knowledge of Canva
• Interest in social trends and brand strategy on social
• Basic Pilates understanding or interest beneficial

Responsibilities

• Create and edit short-form video for reels and TikTok (studio moments, try-ons, demos)
• Capture live content at events, shoots, and classes
• Design statics, carousels, stories in Canva per brand guidelines
• Write captions, hooks and on-screen text
• Repurpose content for native formats across channels
• Assist with creator outreach, gifting and content collection
• Build and manage monthly content calendar aligned to drops and campaigns
• Schedule posts across channels and coordinate with email/SMS/paid launches
• Pull weekly/monthly analytics and report insights
• Monitor trends and identify creators or studios for partnerships
• Engage with community via comments and DMs; surface themes for product/marketing

Join a fast-growing global activewear brand and help shape the next chapter of social at ALLFENIX. We are a Melbourne-based Pilateswear brand known for elevated style, technical design and premium performance fabrics. As we scale across Australia, the US and beyond, we’re looking for a Content Creator & Social Media Assistant to help run socials that are driven by insight as much as instinct.

We’re accepting video applications only. Details below.

This role is split evenly. Half your time is spent creating content as a face of ALLFENIX on social. The other half is spent running the engine behind it: planning, reporting, research, scheduling and community management. Your focus is TikTok and Instagram, with Facebook and Pinterest also in your remit.

Social Media Content Creator | ALLFENIX | Mentone, VIC | 4 days

Content creation

• Appear in, shoot and edit short-form video for reels and TikTok, from try-ons and fabric demos to studio moments and BTS
• Capture live content at brand events, photoshoots, pop-ups, community classes and partner collaborations
• Design statics, carousels and stories in Canva, within brand guidelines
• Write captions, hooks and on-screen text
• Repurpose campaign, UGC and creator content into native formats for each channel
• Help run creator gifting and seeding, from outreach to collecting content

Social media management

• Planning: Build and manage the monthly content calendar, aligned to drops, sales, email and SMS campaigns, and turn campaign briefs into channel-by-channel post plans
• Scheduling: Schedule all organic posts across every channel, timed for peak engagement and lined up with email, SMS and paid launches
• Reporting: Pull weekly snapshots and monthly reports on reach, engagement, saves, shares, follower growth and sales contribution, with clear takeaways on what to test next
• Research: Monitor trends, sounds, formats and competitors, and help identify creators, instructors and studios for partnerships
• Community: Reply to comments and DMs daily, moderate and flag sensitive issues, and surface themes from our community for the product and marketing teams

About you

• 0 to 2 years’ experience, with a marketing or communications qualification or equivalent hands‑on experience (internships and personal or freelance accounts count)
• Confident and natural on camera, and able to film and edit short‑form video on your phone (CapCut or similar)
• Highly organised, able to juggle a calendar, deadlines and several stakeholders at once
• Comfortable with numbers, reading platform analytics and explaining them in plain words
• Strong written English with an ear for tone of voice
• Working knowledge of Canva
• A sharp eye for trends and how brands build their strategy on social
• A basic understanding of Pilates, from the movements to the studio culture
• Scheduling tools, Google Analytics or Shopify reporting experience is a bonus, as is a content portfolio and your own Pilates practice
