We're looking for a content creator to execute OFFPEAK's organic content engine. Someone who wants to be in front of the camera, can build an organic TikTok and Instagram from the ground up, and wants to do it side by side with the founder.

Hungry, early in their career, big personality, and looking to grow with a brand they actually believe in.

ABOUT OFFPEAK

• 3-month paid internship, leading to a permanent role

OFFPEAK is a new Australian hydration brand. Most electrolyte drinks are formulated for people climbing Everest. We make electrolytes for people answering emails all day and running a 5km after work. Real fruit juice, essential minerals, carbonated and in a ready to drink can to support your busy days, whether you're on peak or off.

We're a bootstrapped startup. Right now it's the founder and a marketing strategist. You'd be the second hire, and you'd own social media from day one.

WHERE THIS GOES

This starts as a part-time paid internship. For the right person, the plan is a permanent part-time role at the end of it, with real ownership of the media as the brand grows. We'd rather build the team from someone who's been here since the start than hire in later.

WHAT YOU'D ACTUALLY BE DOING

You'd be the person running OFFPEAK's Instagram and TikTok, and the face of a lot of it.

• Plan, shoot and post content for Instagram and TikTok every single day
• Get in front of the camera: street interviews, handing strangers a can and filming their reaction, day-in-the-life, skits, rants, whatever gets attention.
• Come up with ideas. What content we make, why it'll get shared, and how to push the brand further than it's being pushed now. We will build the strategy and pillars with you to ensure success.
• Own the social strategy: what's working in electrolytes and hydration right now, where the audience is, how we get in front of them
• Shoot and edit on your phone, and pull in a DSLR if you can use one
• Work directly with the founder on branding, launches and campaigns
• Keep an eye on what's performing and change course fast when it isn't

WHO THIS IS FOR

• You make social content already and people watch it. If you have a TikTok or Instagram with a decent following or strong views, share it with your application.
• You can edit your own content in CapCut, Premiere or similar.
• You're personable, funny and comfortable talking to strangers on camera
• You understand why some content gets watched and some gets scrolled past, and you can explain it
• You know marketing fundamentals.
• You're into fitness and you follow the electrolyte and hydration space.
• You're Melbourne-based and can be in Cremorne part-time
• You want to be here long-term and grow with the brand

A plus, not a requirement: photography or videography skills, past UGC or creator work, experience with a DTC or beverage brand, studying marketing or media.
