Job summary

EHPlabs seeks a high-energy Social & Campaign Lead to drive OxyShred Energy Australia’s social presence across TikTok and Instagram. You will own the end-to-end strategy, content calendar and major launches, collaborating with Creator, Paid Media and Brand teams to deliver disruptive campaigns.

You’ll lead content development, manage influencer partnerships and measure outcomes with KPIs, ensuring rapid growth in reach, engagement and brand impact. A fast-moving, fitness-focused culture awaits.

Qualifications

• 4+ years' experience across social media, content, brand marketing or integrated campaigns.
• Deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok and short-form video culture.
• Experience developing and executing social strategies and integrated campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Own the Social Strategy: Lead OxyShred Energy’s social media strategy across TikTok and Instagram, driving growth in reach, engagement, audience and brand awareness.
• Lead Content Strategy & Creation: Develop a pipeline of social-first content with Creative, Content, Influencer and Brand teams.
• Lead Major Campaigns & Launches: Manage end-to-end strategy and execution of brand campaigns, product launches and retail moments.
• Connect Creators, Paid & Organic: Integrate creators, athletes, UGC and paid amplification into campaigns.
• Drive Brand & Cultural Relevance: Identify emerging platforms and trends and turn them into brand opportunities.
• Measure & Optimise Performance: Set KPIs and use insights to improve strategy and impact.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Coordinate across Marketing, Creative, Influencer, Paid Media, E-commerce and Sales.
