Zone IT Solutions Pty Ltd in Sydney is seeking an experienced SOC Analyst L2 (IT/OT Security) to join a 24x7 Security Operations Centre engagement.

You will monitor security events using Microsoft Sentinel, perform triage and investigations, and coordinate incident response across IT and OT environments. The role requires 3+ years in SOC operations and willingness to work a 24x7 rotating shift.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in SOC operations.
• Hands-on with security monitoring and incident response.
• Experience with Windows and Linux fundamentals, networking and SIEMs.

Responsibilities

• Monitor security events in a 24x7 SOC environment.
• Triage, investigate and respond to incidents.
• Analyze logs to detect threats and anomalies.
• Coordinate with IT/OT teams to remediate findings.

We have an immediate requirement for SOC Analyst L2 (IT/OT Security) resources to support a 24x7 Security Operations Centre engagement based in Sydney, Australia.

Key Requirements:

• Location: Sydney (Onsite/Hybrid as required)
• Experience: 3+ years in SOC operations
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Sentinel
• Incident monitoring, triage, investigation, and response
• SIEM, threat detection, and log analysis experience
• Knowledge of Windows, Linux, networking, and security fundamentals
• Exposure to OT/ICS environments is desirable
• Willingness to work in a 24x7 rotational shift model
