Hart Recruitment Ltd in Sydney Western Suburbs NSW is seeking an experienced SMSF Supervisor/Manager to take ownership of a diverse SMSF portfolio within a growing CA firm. You will lead technical reviews, workflow management and client relationships, ensuring timely compliance and advisory services.

Working closely with internal accountants, offshore resources and external auditors, you will oversee complex SMSF matters, mentor staff, and look for process improvements while enjoying flexible

Competenze

• Minimum 3 years' SMSF experience in Australian public practice.
• Strong technical knowledge of SMSF compliance, taxation and legislation.
• Experience managing portfolios and reviewing SMSF work.
• Proficient in BGL Simple Fund 360 or similar software.
• Experience supervising accountants and offshore teams will be highly regarded.

This growing CA firm is seeking an experienced SMSF Supervisor/Manager to join its established team of accounting professionals.

This is an excellent opportunity for an SMSF professional looking to take ownership of a diverse SMSF portfolio, combining technical review, workflow management and client relationship responsibilities.

Working closely with internal accountants, offshore resources and external auditors, you will oversee the delivery of SMSF compliance and advisory services, ensuring work is completed accurately, efficiently and within required deadlines.

Day to day, your role will involve:

• Manage the SMSF portfolio, workflow and compliance deadlines
• Coordinate work allocation across internal and offshore teams
